lol Quality Zip on handlebar covers

Our zip on covers are made from quality faux leatherette. Perfect for adding your own personalised touch to your pram or revamp an old one to give it a new lease of life.

 

What's included?

You will receive either two zip on covers for a two piece handle or 1 long cover for a one piece handle and a zip on bumper bar cover.

 

Fitting your covers

You will receive a link inside your parcel to the relevant fitting instructions for your pram model. Please be aware that it is normal for them to appear a little small for your bar at first glance. Please ensure you watch our full fitting instructions video before contacting us to say your covers do not fit.

 

Custom made covers 

If your pram isn't listed, we can custom make covers for your pram, we will just need a few simple measurements from yourself. Please ensure you have the following items before placing your order...

  • A dressmaking or paper tape measure (NOT the metal retractable type)

  • A phone with a camera function that you can take clear photographs with and upload them and send via email.

DONKEY 2- This model varies in size so we do require measurements for this pram also please follow instructions for Custom made covers.

Please note if we do not receive these photos within 7 days of placing your order we may have to cancel your order.

 

Care instructions 

Wipe clean only with mild soap and water. Do not use any abrasive cloths or cleaning products on your cover as this may cause damage.

 

Shipping

Items are shipped approx. 1-2 weeks from the date you order. Please be aware though at busier times there may be a longer wait. If the wait is going to be considerably longer you will be informed. All our items are sent 48hr tracked for UK orders and Tracked Delivery for international orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your order or believe it may be lost please contact us and we will do our best to sort any issues ASAP for you.

Returns and refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return within 7 working days of receiving the item unused and in it’s original packaging. We will refund you the price of the item and your original postage costs, however you must cover the returns postage fees unless the item is faulty in which case we will cover or refund the cost if we require you to return it to us.

If your item has not been received within 10 working days for UK customers or 30 working days for International customers please contact us and we will contact our postal provider, If item is confirmed as lost we will offer you the option of a replacement or refund. Please be aware we cannot proceed with either however until we have a reply for our postal provider incase items are located in the meantime. Items are shipped using a tracked service and can be tracked using the information we provide you on dispatch.
